StrandPro subscriptions are provided by Kamel Tech Solutions LLC. We want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This policy explains when refunds are available.

14-Day Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Your payment method is saved by Stripe but not charged during the trial period. You will only be charged on day 15, according to the plan you selected.

Eligible Refund Situations

• You were charged but did not use the service during the billing period
• A technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge
• You requested cancellation within 7 days of being charged
• The service experienced significant downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your billing period

Non-Refundable Situations

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after the charge date
• Accounts that have been used actively during the billing period and refund requested after 7 days
• Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations on monthly plans

1. Service Description

StrandPro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing salon management tools including appointment scheduling, staff attendance tracking, inventory management, revenue tracking, expense logging, and roles/permissions management for beauty salons, braiding salons, and stylists.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to subscribe to StrandPro. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements. StrandPro is intended for business use by salon owners and their staff.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Owner accounts are responsible for the conduct of all staff accounts they create

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

StrandPro is offered on a subscription basis. After your 14-day free trial, access requires an active paid subscription. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Kamel Tech Solutions LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly or yearly).

• Monthly Plan: $19.99/month, billed monthly
• Yearly Plan: $150.00/year, billed annually
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of any applicable fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use StrandPro to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the software for any purpose other than legitimate salon management
• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your salon

6. Data Storage

StrandPro stores data locally in your browser using localStorage. Kamel Tech Solutions LLC does not have access to your salon's operational data (appointments, clients, staff records, financial data). You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss due to browser clearing, device changes, or software updates.

7. Intellectual Property

StrandPro, its design, code, branding, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Kamel Tech Solutions LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your salon business. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the software.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kamel Tech Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StrandPro, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may occasionally cause temporary downtime. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Harris County, Texas.

Kamel Tech Solutions LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates StrandPro and is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, username, business name, and city. This is used to manage your account and subscription.

Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive only the last 4 digits and payment confirmation.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the service. This data does not identify you personally.

Support Communications: When you contact us, we store your message and contact details to respond and resolve your issue.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your subscription account

• To improve and develop StrandPro features

Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect, access, or store the following data, which remains solely in your browser's local storage:

• Your clients' names, phone numbers, or contact information

• Revenue, payment, or expense records

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Cookies

StrandPro uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your session and preferences. No third-party tracking cookies are used. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

StrandPro offers a 14-day free trial to new accounts. These terms govern the free trial offer.

Trial Eligibility

• Available to new customers only — one trial per person/business
• A valid payment method (credit or debit card) is required to start the trial via Stripe — no charge is made until day 15
• Available to businesses operating in the United States

What's Included

During the free trial, you have full access to all StrandPro features including appointments, staff management, inventory, revenue, expenses, and roles & permissions — identical to paid plan access.

Trial Duration

The trial lasts exactly 14 calendar days from the date of account creation. The remaining days are displayed in your sidebar subscription indicator.

After the Trial

When the trial ends, access to the app is paused until you select a subscription plan. Your data is preserved in your browser. You will be prompted to choose a Monthly ($19.99/mo) or Yearly ($150/yr) plan to continue.

Trial Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to extend free trial access is prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
